Golden Bridge – New Highlight of Da Nang
The Golden Bridge (Hand God Bridge) is the newest attraction in Ba Na Hills, Danang. Danang is a coastal city in Central Vietnam and is known for its long white beaches and unique and beautiful designed buildings and bridges, like the yellow fire and water spitting Dragon Bridge at the city center. Thus, there is no surprise that the viral Golden Bridge is also found in Danang. Golden Bridge is just 23 kilometers away from Danang City Center.
Golden Bridge is a part of the most sought after resort and recreational complex, the Sunworld Ba Na Hills. It is located at An Son Village, Hoa Ninh Commune, in the district of Hoa Vang, Danang City. Thousands of visitors flock the amusement park every day for its spectacular view and climate, having all four seasons in one day.
Best time to visit Ba Na Hills
Ba Na Hills Sunworld is open as early as 8:00 in the morning until 10:00 in the evening. You can enjoy most of the attractions and activities for 900.000 VND per adult and 750.000 per child. And this huge complex gets crowded as soon as the gates open, Ba Na Hills receives the most number of guests from 10:00 in the morning until 4:00 in the afternoon. If you decide to watch the sunset at the Golden Bridge, your in for a treat as the queue to get on the cable car towards the famous giant hands holding a footbridge structure gets shorter by 4:00 in the afternoon.
The first cable car will operate at 8:00 a.m, if you plan to spend a day in Ba Na hills, and to avoid the cable car crowds, the best time to depart :
- from Da Nang to Bana hills : 7:00
- from Hoi An to Bana hills : 6:30
- From Hue to Bana hills : 5:30

Must-visit Attractions in Ba Na Hills
Stroll around different architectural and cultural attractions such as the Wine Cellar, French Village and Le Jardin d’Amour Gardens, Linh Phong Monastery and Linh Ung Pagoda. Fantasy Park and Alpine Coaster is perfect for individuals who likes their adrenaline pumping. But the mesmerizing sunset at Golden Bridge is an experience you should not miss. Watching the sun goes down at the top of the mountain, seeing most of Danang City, it’s mountains, lakes, rivers, the city and the beaches. You do not want to just imagine it, you must definitely try.
Upon watching the spectacular sunset the Golden Bridge, head to the French Village for some night activities like live music festivals, dance performances and magic shows. There is also a dinner buffet being served in several restaurants within the French Village. Surely worth the money.
What time should you leave Ba Na Hills?
It’ll be wise to leave before 21:00 PM to avoid flocking with other visitors on your way out of the French Village and back to the gates at the foot of the mountain. To fully enjoy the tour in Golden Bridge during the sunset, it will be best to get your own private car transfer so it will be cheaper and easier to get back to Danang city in the evening.
